Who We Are

LifeDesign is a coaching practice focused on supporting clients who have reached a pivotal point in their lives, at which they want to create a design for the remainder of their lives.

 

Many of our clients have navigated their earlier stages of life focused mostly on the demands of their immediate day to day. Typically, they have focused their time and energy on career, family, or health. Often, they have faced recent changes – including job loss, divorce, changes in financial circumstance, an empty nest or a powerful new insights or convictions. Facing these changes they desire greater clarity about how they would like to structure and navigate their years ahead. Our mission is to help them on that journey.

  • Connect to and articulate your vision for how you would like to live the stages of your life ahead

  • Translate your life vision into concrete goals, initiatives and actions

  • Broaden your scope of what you are considering - to help you avoid blind spots

  • Build your plan for purposeful action, in a way that you feel prepared and empowered to move forward with  

  • Assess your progress and adjust your efforts as you move forward

  • Remain mindful of your progress and motivated to fulfil your goals
